Minn-Dak Farmers Cooperative recognizes it has the legal and moral responsibility to provide a safe and healthy place of employment for all employees. Subsequently, it is the policy of Minn-Dak to abide by all industry safety regulations which are set forth in federal, state and local standards and to establish additional safety practices as dictated by logic and concern for our employees. All Minn-Dak employees, as well as employees of any subcontractors engaged by Minn-Dak, will follow, without exception, safe practices in the performance of their duties and responsibilities and the policies and procedures that we have developed for our safety program. Questions regarding the proper procedures should be directed to the Safety Manager.

The effectiveness of our safety program is critical to the success of our business. An important responsibility of all Minn-Dak managers is to follow and enforce all company safety rules and policies.
